XIII World Congress of Cardiology
In recognition of your company's financial support and participation in the 1998 WCC, this sponsorship package includes the following: RUN/WALK EVENT:Each congress attendee is invited to participate in this celebrated activity. Your company is recognized as the official run/walk sponsor with your corporate message appearing on the invitations and awards and prominently displayed during that event. ELECTRONIC PARTICIPANT CARD:Each registered participant is issued an identification card that is electronically encoded with his/her name, title, address, and office phone number. These ID cards are used throughout the congress, and in particular, with the exhibitors as a fast and convenient method of recording individual visitors/inquiries data. Your company's logo appears as the exclusive sponsor of this system. COOKING DEMONSTRATION AND HEALTH:Each congress participant is invited to attend this popular event. Your company's logo/ message is exclusive to the sponsorship of this activity, and prominently appears on the invitation and at the event. Your company will be able to carry out cooking demonstrations based on the theme Healthy Culinary Art and will also be entitled to develop a promotional project for the area located at the Central Hall. SPEAKER ROOM:This room is available for the presenters and lecturers officially invited by the XIII WCC. The speaker's room provides a private setting for the speaker to practice his presentation and to review any audio visual material, such as slides. Your company's message/logo is prominently displayed at the entrance and in the room interior. EXHIBITOR SPACE:105 square meters of exhibition space is included in recognition of your sponsorship. As a benefactor, your reserved space is prominently located in the main, high traffic, area of the exhibition hall. SYMPOSIUMS:Four symposiums are included: 1. Monday, 04/27/98: 120 minutes, in a 700 seat auditorium HOSPITALITY EVENT:Rio de Janeiro is famous for its world class and unique attractions. The XIII WCC Committee is the exclusive and sole provider of these facilities/accommodations before, during, and after the XIII WCC. Your company sponsorship includes one reservation for a hospitality event of your choice. As example, group dining/ entertainment at Sugar Loaf, or a private group entertainment event at one of Rio's world famous samba nightclubs. SHUTTLE BUS:A private bus fleet is provided for the congress participants to transport them to and from the airport, hotels, the congress facilities, and other events throughout Rio de Janeiro. Included with your company sponsorship is a motor coach with your company's name and message prominently displayed on the side of the vehicle. Also the seats will have a cover with your company logo. Promotional videos could be played by the corporate. During the XIII Congress of Cardiology 240 air-conditioned buses will be used to transport delegates. The number of buses with your companys message will be 17 . REGISTRATION FEES:In recognition of your company's financial support of the XIII WCC, fifty physician level registration fees are reserved for your discretionary use , with no charges. RECOGNITION OF THE FINANCIAL SUPPORTIn all auditoriums a panel with the names of sponsorship companies will prominently displayed. |
