IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Only the actual participant can pick up the badge and attendance material.
• If receipt print is needed, please access the registration system by entering username and password.
• For registration confirmation, fill out the form with print letter.
• Deadline for pre-registration: April 30, 2012.

REIMBURSEMENT

In case of waiver, please send an e-mail to our Registration Office for reimbursement, according to the conditions as follow:

• Before August 31, 2011 - 50% of reimbursement;
• After August 31, 2011 - no reimbursement.

ATTENTION

• Only the attendee can request reimbursement.
• The reimbursement will be made after the Symposium by bank transfer.
• Registration is non-transferable. If attendance is not possible, the reimbursement will be made according to the above stated dates.
