In the event, the XIII World Congress of Cardiology is canceled, all monies advanced by individual corporations will be fully refunded by the Xlll World Congress of Cardiology international insurance carrier.

Copies of the policy are provided to all contributing corporations. Insurance will be in effect by December 1, 1994.
